Shipping Policy – Jevarik

At Jevarik, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted folk art jewellery safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 days. Since many of our pieces are handcrafted, some items may require additional time. In such cases, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Time

  • Within India: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days depending on the destination

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs clearance (for international orders).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India)

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected pin codes across India. Additional COD charges may apply. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details to avoid delivery issues.

6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date). We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Jevarik will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In case of failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping price.
