Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, eligible orders may be refunded, exchanged, or provided store credit.
- Shipping, COD, gift-wrapping, and other applicable charges may be non-refundable.
- Minor colour or appearance differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests should be made within 6 hours of placing the order.
- Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a refund through the original payment method.
- Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Applicable shipping/RTO charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
