Returns & Exchanges

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Once received and inspected, eligible orders may be refunded, exchanged, or provided store credit.

Cancellations

• Cancellation requests should be made within 6 hours of placing the order.
• Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a refund through the original payment method.
• Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Applicable shipping/RTO charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
