Returns & Exchanges

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Once received and inspected, eligible orders may be refunded, exchanged, or provided store credit.
• Shipping, COD, gift-wrapping, and other applicable charges may be non-refundable.
• Minor colour or appearance differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.

Cancellations

• Cancellation requests should be made within 6 hours of placing the order.
• Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a refund through the original payment method.
• Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Applicable shipping/RTO charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
